They bought apartment buildings and converted them to condos. After remodeling at least a hundred kitchens, sixty baths and twelve basements, Brad and Scott decided to get into fine home building. Becoming Dahl & Wahlen Construction in 1999 and built the first spec home 6642 Revere Court.    “Our homes stand out because of the finish quality and special attention to detail.
